As soon as I heard that Daniel Boulud from the famed NYC restaurant Daniel, among others, was opening a resto in Montreal, I knew I had to try out the food. Sarah and I spent a beautiful sunny, albeit very windy, Sunday at Maison Boulud for brunch because who are we kidding, brunch is the best meal. My pain perdu appetizer and salmon entrée did not disappoint. I can't wait to go back for another delicious meal.
